Paraprofessional

We’re currently looking for Paraprofessional(s) / Teacher’s Assistant in Wallingford, CT.

Shift: 1st Shift 9:20AM – 4:20PM Mon-Fri (NO SUMMER SHUTDOWN)

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Helping teachers with conducting lessons and developing material
• Enforcing class and school rules and regulations to teach students proper behavior
• Reinforcing lessons that the teacher presented by reviewing material with students one-on-one or in small groups
• Supervising students in the class, between classes, during recess and lunch and on field trips
• Monitoring the classroom and minimizing distractions and disruptions

* Preferably someone who’s worked with kids or elders in the past*

Walk-Ins are welcome anytime from 8:30AM – 3:00PM (M-F)
