Now Hiring: Production Workers / Machine Operators
📍 Location: Farmington, CT
🕒 Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview:
Our client in Farmington, CT is currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Workers and Machine Operators to join their growing team. Multiple shifts are available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications

• Stop machines when parts fall outside of acceptable standards

• Understand and apply quality control procedures

• Use QC tools and gauges as needed

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Perform basic machine maintenance

• Set up and operate various types of production and assembly equipment

Equipment You May Work With:

• Heat Set Machines

• Laser Engravers & Welders

• Dot Matrix Engravers

• Assembly Equipment

• Presses (Primary & Secondary)

• Four slide Forming Equipment

• Riveters, Fixtures, Gages, and more
