Assembly Worker

We’re seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Enfield, CT!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate : $16.60

Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly of wood and/or metal products using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret work orders and production specifications.
• Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
