Sales Representative

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Manchester, CT! You’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Pay Rate: 17.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday (M-TH 8:30AM – 5:00PM / FRI 8:30AM – 4:00PM)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming leads.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing.
• Prepare quotes and assist with order processing.
• Maintain and update customer records in our system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Customer-focused and friendly attitude.
• Proficient in basic computer and CRM systems.
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
